Semi-Private Training
We offer an amazing semi-private training program where attention to detail, customized program design, and cost-effectiveness are the name of the game. Think of It as personal training in a small group setting. To accomplish that, Bruce will need to train you one-on-one for at least a month.
Our semi-private training is 4 people MAX.
Why do we do this?
Because we've seen, run, and participated in group exercise before, and we know the issues with it.
We've seen the large group exercise classes hosted by big box gyms. While they may be a starting point for beginners who lack confidence in the gym. There are three major issues we aim to fix.
1. There are far too many people for the instructor to pay attention to and correct/educate while running a class.
The poor form in these classes is enough to make your head spin. This is not only a major potential for injury, but it means the exercises are far less effective.
Our semi-private sessions are small to pay close attention to each participating individual. This ensures you get the most out of your workouts and almost eliminates the risk of injury.
2. Cookie cutter programming.
This means that there is only 1 program for every person in the session to perform. The problem here is that everyone is different, and therefore, each individual deserves a program customized to them.
Our semi-private training allows us to modify our main program to fit your goals as best as possible. This way, if your goal is fat loss, we can modify it for that. Meanwhile, another member may want to build strength so that the program may be modified appropriately for strength gains.
3. Lack of optimal equipment.
Usually, large group training consists of a ton of step-ups, 2-10lbs dumbbells, or some other random fitness contraption. This puts a limit on what you can achieve in a class setting.
We allocate people to the exact pieces of equipment they need to reach their goals optimally. How do we do this?
By pairing up and selecting one workstation for 2 people. There are tons of accessories from power racks to dumbbells and kettlebells to TRXs, bands, and cable pulley machines. This allows you the freedom necessary to get the most out of your workout!
